The OfficeStreet Team has recently been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for Westgate City Center. The project consists of one ±167,1400 SF building at 6751 N. Sunset Blvd., and one ±167,140 SF building at 6770 N. Sunrise Blvd. in Glendale, Arizona, for a total of ±334,280 SF.
