Located just east of the intersection of three major freeways (Loops 101 and 202, and U.S. 60), Riverview Point is in an excellent location within a 30-minute commute of over two million people. There is direct access via a four-diamond interchange at Dobson Road and the Loop 202. Mesa Riverview is within walking distance of the project, and includes ±1.3 million square feet of retail shops, dining, loding and entertainment.

The buildings have an attractive main entrance with marble tile flooring and wood wall paneling. The first and second-floor lobbies offer marble, wood panels and numerous other upscale materials. LEED-C.S. Silver certification is pending.
