Professional Experience

Athena McKee partners with the Anderson, Walker, Taute, Terveen team of experts specializing in office properties primarily within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.  Athena assists and coordinates the many efforts involved in marketing properties, while delivering excellence, accuracy and superior customer service for each client.  Athena joined CB Richard Ellis with experience in project management, and a background in residential sales and marketing.

Areas of Specialization

• Promotes property listings through a driven marketing process, to include marketing campaigns, brochures, websites, and offering memorandums
• Compiles packages of property data specifically tailored for each client
• Researches markets and properties for comparative studies to generate comprehensive marketing materials
• Prepares tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and presentations for listings and tenant representative assignments
• Interacts with clients for project coordination, marketing, legal documentation and other communication
• Maintains all required documentation and reporting to ensure project success
