Chris Grogan joined the CB Richard Ellis team of Brad Anderson, Bryan Taute, and Bryce Terveen in February 2009 after starting his career with CBRE’s Research Department in March 2007. As a researcher, Chris developed expertise in market analysis, tracking leasing activity, and compiling current sale and lease data for all CBRE professionals. Chris will be assisting Brad, Bryan, and Bryce in all aspects of the team’s day to day brokerage activities.

A Phoenix native, Chris graduated with honors from Brophy College Preparatory and Assumption College (B.A. Business Communications). At Assumption, Chris was selected by opposing coaches and writers to the All New England, All Conference and All Worcester football teams. A four years starter, his senior year he was elected by his teammates as captain and team MVP.
