Luke's principal role within the team involves marketing new construction projects through property tours, financial/occupancy analysis, proposal correspondence and business development. To date, Luke has been involved in marketing over a dozen ground-up Class A office developments totaling over 1.4-million square feet.
While Luke primarily focuses on leasing endeavors, he leverages his leasing experience and offers substantial investment sale expertise. He is highly knowledgeable in the dynamics of income and valuation of office buildings. Luke's broad knowledge-base proves instrumental in leasing, underwriting, acquiring, and disposing of high-profile office properties. Throughout his career, Luke has also continued to thrive with tenant representation assignments and has extensive experience in this role from early on in his career.
