Professional Experience:

Bryan Taute initially started with the team and CB Richard Ellis in June of 2000. Bryan is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including tenant representation, office building leasing, investment sales and land development. Continually striving for excellence, Bryan keeps the needs of his clients in the forefront as he tracks current economic trends and advises his clients in the best and most accurate way possible.

As part of a five (5) person team that represents tenants, landlords and developers, Bryan has been involved in over 400 sale and lease transactions. In the fluid Phoenix Market, Bryan’s market reach allows him to provide corporate users and developers the most current market information to assist them in making prudent business decisions.

With his background in accounting, Bryan is responsible for much of the underwriting for both lease transactions and investment sales.  He is also responsible for coordinating the team’s market analysis and consulting our clients on new land development opportunities.
